Single conductor high temperature wire is available in three different types of insulation material, including: SEW-2 for temperatures up to 390°F/200°C, TGGT for temperatures up to 482°F/250°C, and MGT for temperatures up to 842°F/450°C. Multi conductor high temperature wire is available in with three different types of insulation material including: SEW-2 for temperatures up to 390°F/200°C, TGGT for temperatures up to 482°F/250°C, MGT for temperature up to 842°F/450°C, and SIHF for temperatures up to 355°F/180°C. MPI MorWIRE’s Nichrome resistance wire is high quality Nickel and Chromium alloy. It is commonly used in heating applications including sealing bars and high temperature bus bars. MPi Nichrome Resistance Wire offers excellent temperature ratings, is corrosion resistant and is available in several different sizes from STOCK. All MPI Nichrome Resistance wire has uniform resistance, is annealed (for easy bending) and will be delivered on a spool. MPI’s nichrome resistance wire is available in both Nichrome C (Melting point 2462°F/1350°C) and Nichrome A (Melting point 2552°F/1400°C).

MPI offers Fiberglass Sleeving in two configurations: Expanding and Non-expanding sleeving. Fiberglass sleeving is generally used in as a cable protection in applications which have tough and harsh conditions. Heat-treated Expanding Sleeving is suited for higher temperature applications up to 1100°/600°C while Silicone Coated Non-Expanding Sleeving is suitable for higher lower temperature applications where moisture is present at temperature up to 392°F/200°C. Many different sizes of each configuration are available from STOCK and can ship the same day the order is placed.
